Returns

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached where applicable.

Certain items such as accessories, intimate wear, sale items, and final clearance pieces may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for eligible items based on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

- Intimate wear

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can assist you promptly.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
